Residents can make their smartphone their second key fob and access the building, elevator, common areas, and apartment. When away from home, Residents can grant access to friends, family, and even dog walkers from the convenience of their smartphone. 

LuxerOne Package Room

Carriers deliver packages directly to the Luxer Room with their delivery access code. Residents receive a text message with a one-time use access code to enter the room and can retrieve their packages at any time.

Peloton connects you to live and on-demand workouts, which allows instructors to motivate and push you. The equipment also provides you with performance tracking metrics and a real-time leader board to keep you hustling hard. Add miles and build strength to the power of instructor-curated music, and save songs from class to your playlist. Residents can use our membership to start or log into their own.
