MULTI FAMILY TAX EXEMPTION
The Village at Westgate is proud to be the first community in Edmonds to participate in the Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program!
The MFTE program provides a tax exemption to new multifamily apartment buildings in exchange for setting aside select units as income and rent restricted. By supporting mixed-income residential development, the MFTE program ensures affordability as our community grows.
In order to qualify for our MFTE units, your household gross income must be below 80% or 115% of the area median income (AMI) on select studio, 1- and 2-bedrooms apartments. For information on current income limits,
APPLICATIONS
When an MFTE apartment is listed on our website as available, please follow the steps below:
- Apply on the individual listing page for the rental.
- Send a completed Resident Eligibility Application to westgatemgr@aspirepnw.com within 24 hours.
